The ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Student Associate Program (RSAP) allows the most qualified and motivated students at the college to get real-world work experience alongside ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½' outstanding faculty and staff.
ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ Student Associates work between 10-15 hours a week. Pay starts at $11.25/hour, and students are awarded a 25 cent raise with each year of employment.

RSAP History and Mission
RSAP launched in the fall of 2004 with 20 student associates in 18 different departments. The program quickly gained popularity and prestige, resulting in the expansion and increasingly competitive student and position selection processes. In Fall 2023, there were 110 student associates in over 40 academic and administrative departments. Our vision is to bring highly motivated, highly qualified students that are specifically chosen by ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ faculty and staff to facilitate and influence the student work experience to provide valuable and meaningful service to ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½.
